The best things come to only certain regions of these United States. Usually Indiana is not one of those regions. However, I was bit surprised to see the new sports writer haul in this big barrel of UTZ party mix earlier this week. I asked him if he brought it from where he lived before and he said no... he got it at the CVS across from our apartment complex.

I thought if they had the party mix, maybe they'd have some of their gazillion different flavors of chips. So I went yesterday and found nare a sign of Suzy Utz. :-(
So today I went to Wally World after work... upon walking to the door I noticed through the window of the Dollar Tree little bags of Utz chips!!!! Weee! So after the Walmarting was finished, I went in and bought a six pack of the little bags.
Like a ravenous beast I tore into them... now there's only three little bags left. Damn... they taste like real chips. Just like In and Out tastes like a real burger.
I don't know how this stuff ended up here... Utz's website says they only distribute through Pennsylvania, up into New England and down to North Carolina.

Ah... the memories of visiting the Utz factory and watching them make potato chips. Ah... the smell of potato chips filling the air as we shopped at Weis across the street.
